There are three main training options available for DentalVision users. Basic on-site training is usually conducted during or after installation and assists with customization of DentalVision for a particular set of providers. More advanced on-site training covers specific tasks and workflows using the software for providers, along with basic and advanced software usage. The final option is off-site, virtual training through conference calls. Phone-based training can be customized for specific issues or requests, and/or can focus on diagnosing and resolving problems.
